Sophie Healey, Director
Sophie is the founder of SH Property Consultants Limited and has worked in the property sector for the last 10 years, mainly with HMO’s and it is an industry that she absolutely loves from helping investors source properties, assisting with the project management of property refurbishments, managing houses for landlords and helping tenants find their new homes, it is a truly diverse job.
Sarah Pearce, Director
Sarah Pearce brings with her a wealth of experience in financial and administration through her 27 years in commercial banking as well as previously running her own business. Sarah manages the financial side of the business as well as keeping an eye on the ever changing rules and regulations within the rental sector.
Sarah Smith, Director
Sarah Smith manages the lettings side of the business, having spent the majority of her working life in sales. Her friendly and professional manner together with her knowledge of every single room in all our properties means that she has the ability to match tenants with their perfect new home. She undertakes all the marketing of our properties and is also a key part of making sure that the properties are maintained for existing tenants and that the standards of all our properties meet the HMO Guidelines.
